All this information is almost overwhelming. Especially with the idea of using this technology for our patrons. How do I use it to connect with and help the parents of our kids who frequent the library? How do we use it to connect with those who come once a great while and encourage them to come more often? How do we use it to raise funds, donations, and general awareness within our community?
I am familiar with most of this technology, except the clouds. Yet, I need some help in seeing how to truly use this to the benefit of our patrons and our circulation....
I am hoping to get some more insight in all this as I continue through the 2-step.
